First HPC Training

This training provides an overview of:
  1. Available resources (Cores, Threads, RAM/Core, I/O, Bandwidth) 
  2. User environment and running jobs on HPC systems
  3. Using math applications e.g Mathematica, Maple, Matlab,...  on HPC systems
  4. User access / restrictions to the parallel storage systems e.g. /scratch, /lustre, /home 
  5. Visualization Machines / Analyzing data
  6. Backup / Archiving data
  7. Communication Networks
